Starting February 15, new toll rules have been implemented on the Moscow High-Speed Diameter (MSD) during peak hours on weekdays. The changes aim to alleviate traffic congestion during the busiest times of the day.
The previous toll-free periods remain unchanged, covering 16 out of 24 hours, or 70% of the day, when traffic levels are manageable. Additionally, no changes apply on weekends or public holidays.
These measures are part of broader efforts to improve traffic flow and reduce congestion on one of Moscow's busiest highways. The MSD is a critical component of the city's transportation network, and these adjustments are expected to enhance its efficiency.
