The week kicked off with the Pebble Beach Tour D'Elegance, a public event that allows attendees to get up close and personal with over 150 cars that will be featured at the Concours d'Elegance. This free tour takes participants on a 70-mile route along Highway 1, showcasing the beauty of the area and the incredible cars along the way. Rolex has been the main partner for this tour since 2007.
The Quail, often referred to as the "Catalina Wine Mixer of Car Week," is a combination of a garden party and a car show. Attendees can enjoy food, drink, and brand-driven product unveilings while admiring a collection of cars that range from classic models to modern hypercars. Rolex has been involved with this event since 2005 and this year's programming included special guest Hurley Haywood, a legendary racer.
The Rolex Monterey Motorsports Reunion brings together a variety of race cars and drivers at WeatherTech Raceway Laguna Seca. On Saturday, the main day of the event, attendees can walk through the pits, watch the cars race, and even climb the iconic "Corkscrew" turn. Jenson Button, a Rolex testimonee and Formula 1 Champion, competed in a stunning 1952 Jaguar C-Type.
The week culminated in the Pebble Beach Concours d'Elegance, a prestigious judged competition that has been partnered with Rolex since 1997. Over 200 cars from around the world competed for various awards, including the coveted "Best of Show" title. This year, the winner received a special version of the Rolex Perpetual 1908 watch as their prize.
