The head of the Kursk Development Corporation was found with 2 million rubles and luxury watches during a search. The collection of luxury watches and 1.7 million rubles in cash were found during a search of the country house of Vladimir Lukin, the CEO of the company "Kursk Region Development Corporation," who was previously arrested for abuse of power in the construction of defense lines on the border. This was reported by the law enforcement agencies, citing the Russian Ministry of Digital Development, Communications, and Mass Media.
"The police officers discovered cash in the amount of 1.7 million rubles, as well as a collection of watches worth over $100,000," it said. It is noted that among the luxury watches, Rado, Breguet, IWC, and Vacheron Constantin were found. The investigation intends to determine the legal origin of Lukin's property and money.

On December 9th, Igor Grabin, the deputy director for finance of the Kursk Region Development Corporation, was arrested and taken into custody. It was reported that the regional capital construction department demanded 2 billion 112 million rubles from the "Development Corporation" for the organization's failure to timely deliver fortification structures within the framework of the state defense order.
