Chilean police have announced that they have found three watches, including expensive Rolex ones believed to have been stolen from actor Keanu Reeves' house in Los Angeles at the end of 2023. The watches, including a Rolex Submariner engraved with the actor's name and the words "2021, JW4 (John Wick 4) thank you, John Wick," were discovered during a police operation related to a series of local robberies in eastern Santiago. According to the Rolex website, the watches are worth about $9,000 each.
The irony is that the "John Wick" saga begins with Reeves' character, a former hitman, seeking revenge on the mafia after his house is invaded, robbed, and his dog killed. Chilean authorities stated that during raids on four houses, they found jewelry and "valuable" watches, at least some of which "belonged to a well-known actor who was a victim of a robbery in Los Angeles in December 2023."
CNN reported, citing local police, that a total of three watches seized during the raids belonged to the actor. The police have arrested a 21-year-old man in connection with the burglary case. This is not the first time the actor has been a victim of theft. In 2014, his house was invaded by robbers twice within three days.
